Sorry to hear about this...I worked with Bill at Gallup & Robinson in Princeton for many years where he was the the research director...Bill was a hard working, intelligent man and always a gentleman...I learned so much from him and always looked forward to going to work when I was his assistant...Everyone at Gallup & Robinson enjoyed working with Bill and his mid-western expressions even though we weren't always sure what they meant...I corresponded with Bill for awhile after he retired to the state of Washington, but eventually lost touch...I still have letters that he sent me, and was reading one recently when I decided to check the internet to see if I could find out his whereabouts...I'll always have good memories of being around Bill and the positive effect he had on me and my life...I was a young whippersnapper back then and I'm sure there were times he held back from saying anything and let me figure things out on my own...He was just a great person and I'm sure Joy has great memories to fall back on even though she is missing him now...My condolences to Joy and all of Bill's family & friends.
