Condolences
Fred, Jesse, Stephen, John, and family;
We were saddened to hear of Janice's passing last month. We know you will miss her deeply, and yet be comforted that she is with her Lord.
Just this past week, prior to learning of Janice's homegoing, I was thinking about Her "heavenly almond rings" and her ministry at the church.
Praying you are all drawing strength from the Lord. Blessings.

We are so sorry for your loss. It was so unexpected and we know you are at a loss at this time. Believe it or not, God knows your pain and sorrow and will be there to help you through this time of sorrow. We will be praying for your family.
Our deepest sympathy to you Fred, Jesse and Stephen. These sudden events that happen in this life can leave us unprepared and at a loss for some time to come. We are praying for you and all of your extended family to the adjustment that will take place. We shared many fun and happy times with Janice through the years. God has blessed us with good memories of your family as we have all been a part of First Assembly for as long as we can remember. We are looking forward to the day when we can all rejoice around God's throne and be reunited with those who have already made their journey there.
We are sad that we will not be able to attend Janice's funeral, but we will be there in our thoughts and prayers.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Janice was such a loving person so sad to hear about this.
To Fred, Jesse, Stephen and the entire Hooton family:

I am sorry to hear this news Fred. My deepest sympathies to you at this difficult time.
Janice, I know your in heaven with Jesus and celebrating with Him, Praise God for the years you have served Him and now in His presence.
Janice and I go way back to the 80's when I was her Sunday school teacher and fellow member of the choir at Iowa City First Assembly of God. What a great time we all had at First Assembly. it seemed that when the doors were open you were there, and always in the mix of what was going on. What a great example for all of us to see Janice in the choir, on the worship team, in the Sunday school and about every thing else at church, faithfully bringing your family. Thank God for your wonderful testimony Janice and the good work you have done for the Lord. It may seem like you have left us at an early stage in your life but God has great plans for all of us and now was your time to leave us. I pray for the family and friends left behind, to remember the good and faithful worker you were, for traveling mercies and for an attitude of praise for all God has and is doing in you in heaven. Praise God
