Obituary of Steven Michael Schlote

Steven M Schlote-Freestone, 41, of Coralville, Iowa, died Friday, August 31, 2012. Steven was born September 30, 1970 in Iowa City ; son of Linda Schlote and David Freestone. Survivors include his mother, Linda and brother, John Schlote of Coralville, grandmothers; Nancy Schlote, Coralville and Norine Marlowe, Stuart, Iowa; son Mitchell, of Ottumwa, Iowa and daughter, Amanda Boothroyd of Ankeny, Iowa. Steve also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and grandfathers, Dennis Schlote and Thomas Freestone. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, September 15, 2012, at All Saints Church in Stuart, Iowa.
