We are so sorry to hear about the loss of Rich. We are sending big hugs and prayers to his family and friends. He was definitely one of a kind with the biggest heart, smile & great laugh, always a story to tell and the greatest positive attitude. He could light up a room by just walking in., I had the pure pleasure of meeting him through Pyramid Services, and I also knew him and his wife in my banking days. His brother John is also a friend of ours. We think of you all at this tough time but know he is in heaven having fun and watching over all of you! He was so proud of his family and their accomplishments. He is gone but not forgotten. Cherish those great memories and know how much he loved each of you! ❤️

We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the family of Rich and his friend Sandy. We will miss him as a neighbor of ours. He and his wife Mary were very outgoing. They were always surrounded by family members and after she passed away, he was still surrounded by family members. We always enjoyed the care he took of his vehicles. He was determined to beat the cancer he had but, in the end, it got the best of him. He is in heaven now with the love of his wife Mary and they are watching down on the family that they loved.

My thoughts and prayers to all of Rich's family and friends. It breaks my heart to know I will never get to stop by and visit with him as he is washing his vehicles like I was blessed to do in the past. Always enjoyed our conversations...he was one of the nicest guys I was lucky enough to get to know. I had no idea he had connections to Danville Iowa....I grew up right down the road from there...we could have shared many stories! RIP Rich....you were loved by all that were blessed enough to know you.....

So sorry to hear of Rich’s passing. I remember Rich all the way back to him coaching Little League. Stories from my parents since they graduated from City High together. Especially the car talk between he and my dad. Rich always had a smile on his face, could talk your leg off during multiple trips to Pyramids over the years and was always willing to go above and beyond helping everyone. Thoughts and prayers to the whole family.

We came to know Rich through Sandy and oh what an honor it was to get to know him. Rich was the most caring and giving person, who truly loved life. Knowing Rich has brought many blessings to our lives. Farmers Breakfast will not be the same without him. Rich will be truly missed at Cinnamon Cove.
