As a small child our family would travel to visit Aunt Phyllis, Uncle Oakley and their dachshund. I always enjoyed our visits there. She was kind and joyful. I remember her dachshund would sit up next to the table waiting for a scrap. Aunt Phyllis was a very talented painter of ceramics and created several pieces for others to treasure. She touched many lives with her teachings and lived a good long time. Now here work here is done and she is resting with Oakley, her Lord and savior and her sister Martha Jean. Thank you for the good visits Aunt Phyllis.
