I knew Joyce from delivering Meals on Wheals and enjoyed seeing and talking with her. I thought of her as a lovely kind and interesting woman and always looked forward to seeing her. This was at the time she lost her Francis before I changed to another route. Unfortunately I hadn’t seen her in a couple of years but always remembered her fondly. Dear Ward Family - What a loss of the Ward Family Matriarch. The obituary you have written is perfect - filled with love and celebrating a very special lady. She and Frank are now playing cards with their many friends and families in Heaven - and having a great old time! I will treasure the Christmas Tree skirt that Joyce made for our family in the 1990's - including that special signature and note of gratitude that you reference in the obituary.
