Tracy was in choir at the Aurora central high school for four years from 1977 to 1981. I was the teacher and conductor of the choir and we began a select women’s choir the second year when she was a sophomore and she stayed through her senior year. We became very close over the years. She had a beautiful, coloratura, soprano, voice, loved singing and continued to do so after graduation throughout her life. We talked on the phone for years at least once a week. She was part of my life for 43 years and I will miss her with all my heart. I loved her dearly and admired her for everything she went through in life with a smile, and a good word for all.

I had the joy of meeting Tracy through fitting her with her prostheses. She was always kind and honest. She would share her struggles but never in a complaining or negative fashion -- just sincere about the ups and downs she faced. She was a fighter too -- so few people with bilateral amputations remain as independent as she did! And she often did little dance steps to test out her prostheses in the office, just to make us both laugh. I will miss her but I am praying that she is now reunited with her beloved Brittany.

Tracy was a strong, smart woman who stood in the face of adversity all her life. We became close after meeting in Al-Anon in 2015 and I learned to admire her dedication to herself, her family, her church, and being of service to others. We drove many road trips together, including all the way to Baltimore MD, and her sense of humor and child-like enthusiasm served her well. And while she used many tools to grieve the loss of her daughter, Brittany, I know she is happier now that they have been reunited. Bless you, Tracy, on your new journey! You are loved and will be remembered by many people whose lives you passed through on your way home. Gail H

My condolences to Tracy's family and friends. I've known Tracy for many years and went to school with her daughter Brittany. I will always remember Tracy for her strength, passion, persistence, and sense of humor. She never gave up on those she loved and I admire her for always standing in her truth.
