I am sorry to learn Don passed away. He and I became friends at the Ground Round, a mutual watering hole. We learned we both had a passion for aviation, anything with wings. in 1989 we took a trip to Reno, NV. to see the Unlimited Air Races in person. Sadly, over the years, we lost touch-though once in a while we'd see each other at Shakespeare's. He was a great guy!
