Fern served more than 1,400 hours improving the experience for patients and families at UIHC. Her smile and laugh lifted many spirits in Wild Rose Gifts over nearly a decade.

I am Fern's cousin. We both lived in Greene, IA. She spent lots of time at our farm. After we got older we played golf, cards and danced. Too many good times to mention.

Thinking of her children and brother. I will not be able to attend the funeral but she is in our hearts.
