The Mariers are our neighbors and friends here in Roswell. We had the privilege to get acquainted with “Oma” on her visits to their home. What an amazing woman she was: So kind and considerate and always willing to participate in any activity. I loved talking to her and wished I could learn some German from her. I marveled at her cooking and sewing abilities. But most of all I’ll remember her twinkling eyes and smile and the love she showed for Susanne, Tom, Robert,(Brooke) and Hannah, Seeing her dance with Robert at his wedding brought tears to my eyes and is a time I’ll always remember. My deepest sympathy to all the family.
