Grizz - so very sorry to hear of Marji's passing. She will be missed by many. I knew her my whole life.
My heart aches for you. If there is anything you need, please yell.
Sending big hugs.
Grizz, I'm so sorry for your lost. A truly good person. Always helpful.... Her heart was always in the right place.
Grizz, I cannot believe that Marji is gone. It was so wonderful to see her this summer down in Kalona with you at the garden center. As always, she was cheerful, fun, and just so great to see you both and talk to about family and life in general. I remember working with Marji when she was at the sheriff's department and I was at the ambulance. Always helpful and patient and kind. She will be so very missed. Scott and I are thinking about you at this difficult time and our prayers are with you and your families.

Grizz- so very sorry and sad to hear this news. Marji was a fantastic dispatcher and friend that I worked for many years. It was always comforting to hear her voice on the radio. I knew that she would always have my back if things went south during a call. I always enjoyed my interactions with her and knew that I could call on her for advice. I am proud to say that I considered her my friend.
I also saw a little different side of her when she helped plan my daughter’s wedding reception. I was totally clueless that she was related to my son in law. As always, she did an exemplary job. She will be missed dearly. We will keep you on our prayers during this difficult time.

Dave and Family- Our thought and prayers are with you. Marji was in my graduating class at Clear Creek. I enjoyed seeing her at the Girls of 68 gatherings we had before the pandemic hit. She was always smiling and so happy. In Sympathy Linda (Walters) &Ken Vawter
Barbara and I send our sincere condolences. It would be impossible for most to think of the SO without seeing Marji at the front desk. Sheriffs would come and go, but Marji was always there. Our thoughts and prayers are with Grizz and the family.
Grizz, I'm very sorry for your loss. Marji was one of the most dedicated and efficient public servants I had the pleasure to know. Interaction with Marji always left you feeling better about the state of our community. Wishing you peace. Pat
Margi you will be so missed. Your wonderful smile was always appreciated on those difficult days. Rest in Peace my friend. Sincere condolences to your family.
Marji will forever hold the biggest piece of my heart. She was my person that I could always run to and talk to, no matter what. I will forever be grateful for the love and kindness she gave to me and my family. We sure do miss you down here, Marji.
I started dispatching at the PD in 73. ( I had never been in any PD before and here I am dispatching. . .oh man!) We had a direct line to the S.O. and MANY times I'd get a call from Marji "Hey Lynda, States calling you on 37-10" She was so much help to me and I'll always remember that. Rest in peace Marji.
