Condolences
To the Forman family, my condolences. Another local fixture has passed. He will be missed. I remember my brother and I running into him at the state fair cruising around on his scooter. Always pleasant. Take care.
Deepest condolences to Betty and family. Carol Roberts

Charlie was always a fun person. We enjoyed our time with Charlie and Betty drag racing Mr Trouble II.
Roy and Charlie will have a fun reunion.
To the Forman Family,
It was always a treat to see Chuck and Betty driving past our house and even better when they stopped to say Hi. Chuck always had a smile and a good story for us. Sending our sympathy to all of you. May he rest in peace. I'm sure he's already found the racetrack in heaven. Thoughts and prayers.
I worked with Betty for a number of years at ACT and enjoyed seeing Chuck daily as he'd arrive to pick her up from work at noon time. He always had a smile on his face and was always so attentive to Betty.
His love of family extended so far beyond just his immediate family. I feel blessed to have so many great memories of "Uncle Chuck". He was such a very caring man, and always had a camera in hand to capture all the best moments!
Many stories from Michael from his youth of your race car, hanging out in the garage, thinking he was so cool. Then our chats about that John Force and his laid back attitude to being on fire while racing. Lmfao-one of a kind…your sodas from hy vee station, and love of Long John Silvers and Bandanas bbq joint! Love of your kids, grandkids, and of course, Betty, there with yah everyday. Will miss yah, Big Chuck! Hope you are racing to your hearts content raising a bit of you know what there in heaven!
I met Chuck and family when I was a young teen. I had the pleasure of experiencing him both at his home and Cordova Dragway.
A very friendly family man and devoted drag racer. Rest in Peace Chuck!
Words just cannot describe our feelings for Chuck. Over 40 years as a Friend/ Family, Wonderful Grandfather figure for our Son and the thoughtful kind Neighbor we have been so fortunate to have in our lives. Rest In Peace! Until we meet again!
