Obituary of Diana D. Schultz

Diana D. Schultz of Riverside, Iowa, passed away July 4, 2022. She was 73 years old. Diana was born May 22, 1949 in San Diego, California, the daughter of William and Betty (Karnes) Trcka. Diana will be remembered for her persevering spirit and feisty personality. She had the gift of gab. She loved her coffee and long talks on the phone with friends and family. In fact, she could talk to just about anyone! She loved to read books and enjoyed musicals and music in general. She liked to spend time in her garden and would work on latch hook projects when time allowed. She loved her family deeply and would brag about how proud she was of her kids and grandkids. Diana will be missed tremendously. Diana’s family include her cherished husband of 40 years, Dennis; children, Jay (Michelle) Kriner, Derek Kriner, Kristin (Greg) Porter, Buddy (Amanda) Jackson, Michael (Theresa) Jackson and Theodore Roger Schultz; ten great grandchildren and three great grandchildren; siblings, David Limebacher, Michael Limebacher, Jim Trcka, Dorene Angle, Janice Ulch, Marna Trcka and Molly Ngyen. Sadly, Diana is preceded in death by parents, Frank Foster and Betty Karns; father, Bill and grandson, Ronan Jackson. A simple cremation for Diana has been arranged in accordance with her wishes. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Service information will be updated when it becomes available.
