Moving back into the area over 5 years ago Officer Williams was the first Officer I spoke with at an event at the Coralville Park. He stood like a giant yet his face shined like a light. He spoke softly and yet with compassion and authority. Immediately sensing this Officer was truly concerned for his Community. I never forgot that conversation. We truly have lost an amazing selfless man. But the lives he touched will continue to impact many in the years to come. His gentleness and love for other's will have a ripple effect in this Community and in the lives of those who knew him.
