I am still heavy hearted at the loss of my work mate. My prayers & thoughts go out to you all. It is never easy, but will cherish the memories of him the rest of my days. Wish I could have spent more free time with him. God Bless.

Joel was my boss at General Stores for 3 years at U of Iowa. I couldn’t have asked for a better guy to work for during such a fun/chaotic period of my life. No matter what mood i came into the warehouse with, Joel was always going to be there to greet me with a smile and make a joke about me looking hungover. I am happy that i could call my boss a true friend. Joel, you were one of the nicest and most lighthearted people I have ever met, you will be deeply missed. My thoughts to the Tresslar family, please know how big of a positive impact Joel had on my life.
