I am so saddened to hear of Tad’s passing. He was a fun person to be around. I thank him for all he gave to our country. He was a very honorable man. My thoughts are with you.

Tad was good guy. He played on our intramural basketball team and was our secret weapon big man. Tough to lose him so early.

I met Tad at family gatherings to which I was invited, so did not know him well. I am so sorry for your loss..at such a young age and so abruptly, it must be so difficult for you. I know he was well-loved and will be missed by many. My sympathies.

I’ve nothing but fond memories of Tad, he had a tough exterior that belied a warm heart and a wry humor. I send my Johnston family my condolences and love.

I wish I could take your pain away from your family during this difficult time because I know exactly how empty your are feeling right now. I have never gotten the chance to meet this wonderful man but I know he was a great man to serve for our country and how he instilled his traits in his family after working with Joe. Please cherish the wonderful memories, the great times and let him continue to live through you. I know in my heart that he would feel horrible to make you sad because when you're sad, it makes him sad. Many thoughts and prayers are with your family.
