I am so sorry to hear that your mother has passed away, and so soon after losing your father. She was a wonderful caring person to meet and always took such loving care of your father at Briarwood. My dad, Lowell, was also cared for at Briarwood. Our families thoughts are with your family at this sad time.

We are saddened to hear of Phyllis' passing. We loved listening to her talk about all of her children and grandkids along with the "stories of the past" that she would educate us with. Phyllis and Larry were one of the first neighbors to welcome us to the community and we loved walking down the road to meet up with them on their walks (Phyllis said one hill was enough and would wait for us at the little bridge. She will be missed so - her gracious heart gave so much to so many.

Phyllis and I were childhood friends. Our friendship continued through the years. I remember riding bikes,going to the movies,and having sleepovers. She was always kind and greeted everyone with a smile. If you were lucky enough to know her personally, she would also give you a big hug.Phyllis and I did not live close but had many a lenghty phone conversations. She always talked about her family,which was the center of her universe. Her siblings were very close and she had many great memories with them. Larry was her rock,best friend and confident. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. My best friend, that was more like a sister,I will miss you forever. Heaven gained an angel!
