Condolences
So sorry for your loss. James was my broker back in 2006 when he was at Total Access Realty. He helped me close my 1st deal. I will never forget that. He was such a nice hard working soul. He will be missed. With a heavy heart, May he rest in peace.
Family of James:
I am very sorry for your loss. Way too young to be gone. You have my deepest sympathy and are in my thoughts and prayers.

Bill, Gianni and Luis, I am so sorry and saddened to hear about James's death. He always had a smile on his face and was full of energy. He also loved his boys so much and was very proud of them. If there is anything I could do, please let me know.

I was so saddened to hear the news. I just had a closing with him on April 6th. We talked about a disney cruise I had just taken and how he wanted to take his children on one as well. We shared pictures and we hugged and went our ways. I never would have thought we would be without him. What a wonderful dear friend. I have known him for many, many years, even before real estate when he was at wardway plaza in Iowa City at the professional dry cleaners, my mom loved James! He always took care of us there! He was wonderful to her and my family. James was so funny, kind, and a giver. James was an asset when he worked at our company for a few years. I remembered a fabulous party he had many years ago at his home, it was over the top! Fireworks, a band, swimming, great food and a lot of fun!
I have many fond memories of James. My deepest sympathy to the family. He will be missed greatly.
My most sincere sympathy to Jim’s family. Jim was a great horse friend & he was my realtor helping me find my first house.
It is with the heaviest of hearts that I received the news of one of my all time favorite people and dearest friends passing on Sunday. James, Jim to me, was one of the kindest friends a person could ever have. I owe so many of my teenaged memories to Jim. He was a beautiful person inside and out who never judged anyone and accepted all equally as it was just his nature. He always greeted you with a huge smile and a great idea, every single time. His great ideas were the reason such incredible memories were made. (wink) He was amazing at everything he put his mind to from how we were going to get out of study hall without being seen to his incredible Real Estate dealings in our adult shared career. He was as successful as he was wonderful and kind. I last saw James at a Real Estate function where I got a big hug and a kiss on the cheek from my high school bestie. The fact that we were Realtors in the moment was irrelevant. James was family to all who knew him. I just loved and adored him so very much. I can't believe he was taken so soon. James R. Buck is absolutely unforgettable. My deepest sympathies to William, the boys and his family. You were his whole life and your loss is unimaginable.

I’m so sorry to hear this news. I will always remember Jim with that big smile of his. I’ve never seen him frown, he was so friendly thank everyone, a kind soul. I ran into him recently and he proudly introduced his two bright young sons to me and my family. He will be greatly missed. My condolences to Jim’s family.
My heart and prayers are with you three men.
He was a great friend in High School, always a smiling face in the halls. He was someone you could talk to in without judgement. I’m so sorry for you and your boys loss.
