Obituary of Nicholas J. Martin

Nicholas J. Martin, 46, of Iowa City, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018 in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his family.

A gathering to celebrate Nick’s life will be held from 1-4 p.m., Saturday, January 27th at the Unitarian Universalist Society (2355 Oakdale Road) in Coralville.  Memories and online condolences may be shared with his family at www.gayandciha.com.

Nick’s family includes his wife, Hannah; sons, Riley and Lucas Martin of Iowa City; parents, Dianne Budig (Michael) of Utah and George Martin (Charlotte) of E. Dubuque, Illinois; siblings, Chris Martin (Kayla) of E. Dubuque, Tim Martin of New York and Michelle Grant (Jared) of Utah; grandfather, Robert Knopp (Cheryl) and Hannah’s parents, Michael and Julie Zahs.
