John,
Your mother was and is an amazing, amazing person. Her legacy and your memories live on for generations. I see so much of her in you. It makes me feel as if I knew you mother. God Bless to you, your dad and your family. Time will heal all the hurt, but will preserve all your cherished memories.

Hello John and family
We were very sorry to hear about Bobby. We were unable to attend the service; we are on an extended bicycle trip in Quebec.
She was indeed a wonderful and talented person and certainly will be missed, particularly by you.

Dear John--
Both Valmy and I were very saddened to hear of Bobbie's passing. Reading the history of her life's accomplishments allowed us to realize that she was a very special person--and in addition, was a Detroiter. Please know that you and she are in our hearts and prayers at this time.

Barbara Casko was a pleasure to be with. She was a delightful and unbelievably accomplished woman. Our Angle meetings will not be the same without her.

Dr Casko and family,
I was very saddened to learn of Bobbie's passing. She was a wonderful person and I'm glad that I had a chance to know her. I am so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless you!!
Dear John,
I am so sorry for your loss. Bobbi and I were classmaates at Georgetown. Since our last names both began with "B" we spent most of our clinicals together--laughed together--and enjoyed many happy memories together. As far back as then, she always spoke of how much she loved you.
After our last nursing reunion we traded emails and she talked about you and your children. I pray that she will rest in peace and that your family have the strength to carry on in her memory.
Love to you all,
Bonnie and Art DeSimone
Dr. Casko,
Cindy and I are deeply saddened to hear of Bobbie's passing. We enjoyed both your company during our years in Iowa, and certainly recall the night that we had dinner at your house. It's funny the things we remember, but I remember the asparagus with a cream topping that Bobbie made, and I have been a fan of it ever since. You are both a treasure to us and we will keep you in our thoughts.
Very sad to hear of Bobbie's passing. My deepest condolences during this time.
Dear Dr. Casko,
I was sad to learn that your wife, Bobbie, has passed away. I never had the opportunity to meet her, but I wish I had. She sounds like a phenomenal woman who had such a zest for life and love of family and career. I am sending condolences from all of us... my husband Martin and my in-laws, Jim and Julane Hugg. You and your family are in our thoughts as you move ahead during this very difficult time.
Sending prayers of peace to you as Bobby joins loved ones in His heavenly kingdom.
What a full life she lived! I'm smiling as I remember Julie bringing items to sell at my garage sale when we were in high school. Among them was a full length skirt her mother had made from leftover upholstery fabric. We laughed at how ridiculous it was until a third friend admired it, bought it, and altered it into a miniskirt giving it new life. Joke was on us! May her wonderful spirit live on in each of her children!
John Jr. and Kim, I am so sad for your loss, and am wishing you and your family peace and wonderful memories forever.
Dear John,
Cindy and I are truly shocked and deeply saddened to learn that you lost your beloved soulmate Bobbie. Our hearts and our prayers go out to you and your precious family during this profoundly sad time. I stopped by your home Saturday evening to give you a hug but your house was quiet at the time. It grieves me to know that it will remain more quiet in the future without Bobbie's beautiful presence.
May our Good Lord sustain you and give you strength and peace; and may He welcome Bobbie into Eternal Paradise.
Sending all our love,
Tom and Cindy Stark

Dear John and Family,
Jacque and I were so saddened to hear of Bobbie's passing. We will always cherish fond memories of our Iowa City Ortho residency time. You and Bobbie were so generous to open up your hearts and your home to the residence and our spouses. It's difficult to express how much your warmth and support meant to us as we navigated those challenging years. We grew to appreciate and love Bobbie even more at the Okoboji Orthodontic Conferences. Bobbie was always the "A" player that every golf scramble team coveted (more so than her husband!) She would also keep Brad Jones from cheating....too much. Sending our thoughts and prayers for you and your wonderful family.
Jim, Jacque, JJ, Jenna & Jessica
So sorry for your loss. May her soul be close to G-d.
We are so very saddened by this news. Please accept our condolences, prayers and heartfelt sadness. Bobbie was always a treasure and a ray of sunshine at our Angle meetings each year. Our warm wishes are with you John, and with your family. God bless Bobbie with her new chapter; our loss is now heaven's blessing. With love, Jim & Terrie.
John, so very sorry to receive the news. What a tremendous loss for you and your family, as well as for those of us who knew Bobbie. I know she wasn't officially part of the orthodontic department but during residency and subsequent years I certainly felt as though she was. Opening your home and treating everyone as family is no small accomplishment when you consider how many years and the number of people that included. It definitely earned her a place in the orthodontic experience I will always remember! I am sure others will be able to better reflect on the many other aspects of her life, she was a many faceted woman who never lacked for an interesting conversation. She will be missed. Again, condolences to all.
So sorry to hear of the passing of Bobbie this week. Dr. Casko, thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. She will be dearly missed.
