Condolences
Frank, We are so sorry about Esthers passing, may the Lord give you peace and comfort in these days to come.
To the family of Ester Drew:
We wish to offer our sincere condolences during this time of loss. Ester was one of the first ladies that Jeannie and I met when we joined CUMC in 2004. She even brought us a loaf of homemade bread to our door after we joined!! She was a very positive and upbeat lady who always had a smile and a kind word. We square danced with her at the IC rec center, and really enjoyed her company.
Ester always put others first; when Jeannie was recuperating from her brain surgery, Ester came over and stayed with her a couple of times while I was working. She also brought us several meals during this time. It meant a lot to both of us, and we will always remember her committment to helping others. Her generosity was inspiring, and we know that she is continuing her good works with God in Heaven.
God Bless
Karl and Jeannie
I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences. May you find comfort in warm memories. And the coming promises from the Bible.
Revelation 21 : 3,4 " With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say :' Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. ' "
We will miss Esther. She was such a gentle, caring and friendly person. Thank you Frank for introducing her to our bowling leagues. Our thoughts are with you and her family.
We met Esther thru the Oceanwaves Square Dancing Club and knew from the beginning what a special lady she was. Always so kind, yet fun and funny. Our lives have been enriched thru knowing Esther.
God Bless

I met Esther through senior bowling. She didn't have to join the league because she was always in demand as a sub because she was such a nice person and fun to bowl with. I am so sorry she has left us and I know her family, friends, and especially Frank will miss her terribly.
I knew Esther years ago (mid-1990's) from the Education for Living courses we were both involved in. She was always so full of life and fun to be around. And her openness to learning new things was a real inspiration to me. Though I have not seen her for many years, I thought of her often. I send my best wishes in your time of loss. Sincerely, Virginia Melroy
