Dear Zita and family, Your friendship is one of my favorite memories of our time in Iowa. My deepest sympathy on Bob's passing. Thinking of you all at this difficult time.

Dear Zita. This is Jeanna Kasten, I am Nancy (and Charles) Sample's daughter. I remember you and Bob so fondly from my childhood. I am sorry that this is how I found you after the years. I lost my mom on January 31st this year to a rare form of cancer and have been retracing my childhood, which is the reason I looked you two up. I am so sorry for your loss and wish only great things for the future. I would love to hear from you and know how Roxie and Hiede are doing. Take care. Jeanna

While it has been almost 40 years since we had the old 500
card club with the bunch from Grande Ave in CR I'll never forget Bob and how much fun we had. His laugh was great. We also had a couple of fun goose hunting trips to Swan Lake. Great memories of a great guy..E
Zeta, and girls - and all of Bob's family; Jack and I were saddened to learn of Bob's recent death. We have so many memories of "life in the 70's" when we were all so young and having fun together. And, in more recent years, running into Zeta and catching up on each of our lives. We miss those times together, and know that Bob will be missed by us and all who loved him.
Mazita --- Bob was as kind, as gentle, as good and as loving a man as your father was. And the two of you were as great a couple as your parents were. I will never forget the kindness you and your family showed me when Dad took ill (30 years ago this year!) and I always look forward to seeing you at the Kinney family reunions and any other opportunty. I'm sorry for your loss but I'm glad the struggle the two of you went through in recent years is over. I wish you and your family only the best from here on out and I can't wait to give you a big hug when I see you again. Mom and everyone else in our end of the Kinney clan send their love and prayers too. Love always - pat
