Condolences
It would be #48 for you today. Happy Birthday.. I miss you Everyday. Wish so much you were still here. I Love You Lisa.
Really have been missing you lately. Wish you were here. Love You Lis!!
I knew Lisa from Windmill Pointe where my mom lives. My dad passed away last August so Lisa knew both of them and was so wonderful and kind to them. She especially liked to tease my dad and give him a bit of a hard time which he enjoyed immensely. She had the sweetest attitude, was funny and such a very positive person. She was a joy to be around. All the residents there enjoyed her. I know she is missed every day. I am so sorry for your loss and wanted to let you know that our family sends you our sympathy and we hope your hearts are starting to heal.
I know Lisa will be missed by so many. She brought laughter to everyone around her. I am sorry I was not able to get up there, but you all were in my thoughts and prayers. Lisa wil always be by your side.
Cindy, and family,
So sorry to hear of Lisa's passing. Although, we didn't know her well, her smile lit up the room and her caring and compassion for others was apparent. I have the memory of going to the Mall of America a few years ago, and you guys sat at the bar at Rainforest Cafe with us....just Hoover families, sharing the last seats available. Enjoyed chatting with you all! So nice to see familiar faces.
She's going to be missed by so many- and I've been thinking of you all since we've heard. Hugs- and here's to many memories, bringing peace to you all.
Lisa always made your day better, whether through her humor or just being her genuine self. I loved going into Windmill Pointe every day and witnessing her rapport with Tracy. Out of all the jobs I've held in my life, I've never felt more at home within a group of co-workers, and I'll never forget many of the special moments we shared in such a short time.
Cindy,
I am shocked and saddened to learn of Lisa's passing; my heart breaks for you and your children.
I wish you strength to guide you and the kids through this devastating loss.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Just one last note for awhile Lisa. I love you and I will miss you everyday until I see you again. Did you tell Mom and Dad hi for me? Talk to you later. I Love You.. Kathy

I will definitely miss seeing and talking with Lisa when I return to Windmill Pt. to visit Mary's friends there. She always had such a loving, caring way about her. She did her best to please the residents and always had a smile when she greeted us. She truly was a loving, caring person. Our sympathy surely goes out to the family. With love, Joan

Lisa lived life large and by her own terms. I never had to 'wonder' what she was thinking. Loved her honesty. She had the most genuine smile but at the same time fiercely protective of her family. I always admired Lisa for overcoming so many obstacles. The world is a better place because of her. She definately left her mark. I am honored to have known her and called her a friend. Blessings of peace and comfort to Pearl, the children, and everyone that loved her.
Cindy and Family, So very sorry to hear of your loss. You are in my thoughts.
Mel
Lisa was wonderful, always friendly, always the beautiful smile, and always a joke. She was fun to be around and her laughter was contagious. I will always remember her as a kind and fun person and am so glad I knew her.
I worked with Lisa many years ago and ran into her from time to time since then. Lisa was always exuberant and full of life. You knew when you ran into her that you would leave with a smile on your face and no one could rock a mullet like good ole Lisa...she will be missed dearly and certainly not forgotten. Abundant prayers to friends and family.
I have known Lisa for a long time. And have worked with her also. She was a very fun person. I never heard her say a unkind word of anyone. Always up beat. The world needs more people like Lisa. But, now heaven is blessed with her. Party on Lisa, I know we have alot of friends and family there also. Karen Eakes
aunt lisa always knew how to make some one smile. she was always blessed with laughter and love.
I was very sorry to hear of Lisa's death. She will be missed by many. The pictures are wonderful and may all the memories that you (her family members and friends) have bring you comfort during these very sad days and for many years after.
What a heartbreaking loss to each and every person who knew Lisa. So beautiful, inside and out, with such a loving heart. I can honestly say that I had never seen her without that contagious smile. Heaven has gained a true angel. May God provide you all with His comfort during this time!

Cindy and family,
I am so sorry to hear of this terrible loss, Lisa was a true pleasure to know. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Theresa
I always loved to see Lisa, she was so outgoing and friendly to everyone and it didn't matter who or what she always was the best friend any person could ask for and she will be dearly missed. So sorry to all of her family for the loss and wish there was a way to heal all of your pain. So sad to lose anyone and i'll keep you in my thoughts. I added a photo of our last day of school at Napolean Park of our senior year. She was the greatest.
Although no words can really help ease the loss you bear, just know that you and your family are close in every thought and prayer.
Take comfort in knowing an angel is watching over all of you as the memories bring a smile to your face as Lisa always brought a smile to mine.
Thinking of you.

There are no words to express how much Lisa ment to our Albrecht family, even before she was born we loved her. Watching her grow into a wonderful loving young woman and not to mention her fun loving witty self. She made you smile and laugh which came easy for her. Our prayers, thoughts and love are with her and family at this most difficult time...God Bless.
My mother lives at Windmill Pointe, where Lisa was the cook. Not only was Lisa an outstanding cook who took pride in her work, she was also a friend to all who entered her dining room, whether they were residents or visitors. She always had time to visit with us and took genuine interest in watching our sons grow up. Lisa had a beautiful smile, a twinkle in her eye, an infectious laugh, a great sense of humor, and a heart of gold... we will very much miss seeing her at Windmill Pointe. The world has lost a very special person, and heaven has gained a wonderful angel. We wish you all peace, strength, and all the fond memories your hearts can hold as you mourn Lisa's passing.

Much sympathy to Pearle and the entire family. We were honored to know Lisa. Her laughter and sense of humor will live in our hearts forever. Our lives here will never be the same without her. Loved the way I could always count on a smile and a friendly hello whenever I saw her. Someone on Facebook made a comment that Heaven just got a lot more interesting when Lisa arrived. That is for sure.

Cindy, Susie, Skylar, Chad, and Austin-You are all in our hearts today at Hoover. I am sure you are missing Lisa-as we all will. Go Packers!
Lisa's memory will always bring a smile to my face. I remember the last time I saw Lisa; this was during a snow storm a month or 2 ago on First Ave in Iowa City. I was heading north on 1st Ave right near Hy-Vee and saw a lady in the middle of the road stopping traffic while a car that was stuck was attempting to become unstuck. After the car got out, I saw that it was Lisa in the road and I yelled out at her asking her if she was okay. Of course she said "great." Not only was she smiling all the time, she was genuine, and had true interest in others. You don't see that so much anymore. I will miss seeing her Green Bay Packers jacket. I am blessed to have known her. May God be with Pearl and their boys.
Everyone will say similar things...anywhere Lisa was, there was laughter. Though I don't think she realized how many lives she really touched, and how many days she made better for many people, everyone who knew her, will miss that always. We met playing softball where everyone feared her turn at bat. Detassling corn would have been unbearable without her antics. We remained friends, swapping stories about old times and new ones about our kids when we'd meet up. Deepest sympathy to all of Lisa's family.
proof positive that only the good die young!
