Dear Dad,

From the very beginning we've known you were there.

Always strong and ready, strength and love to share.

Thanks for all the sacrifice to make our dreams come true.

And even for the discipline when it was hard for you ..

We ought to tell you often we are so thankful and so blessed .

For when God made you Dad

He made the very BEST..

Now our lives are filled with blessed memories, tall tales, laughter and most of love from a great man, life has to offer. Even through we only had you for a brief time in our lives, you are and always will be our father We love you Dad.

Your last days in this world, all you did was sleep.

As others came to see you, you never woke up to notice them..

One day out of the blue, you woke up and asked mom about your baby girl. (Me)

You woke up, when we came a knocking.

I was blessed to see you smiling, laughing and joking..

You gave us your blessing and told your baby girl, she found the one, a very high-quality man, who will take very good care of you.That meant a lot to us, more then you can imagine.

When you and James talked for the last time.

He assured you he will take care of your wife; you were relieved to hear that.

In moment, you was joking and telling stories about the family.

In an instant you were gone.This was the last time I got to hear you speak and see your happy go lucky face

I will never forget, your last smile and last laughter, seeing your eyes twinkle as the morning sun . I love and miss you Dad.

I have so many memories of my Uncle Rodney as a child and as an adult. Will truely miss him but I know for a fact he is in good company. I always will have a special place in my heart for him. And I would like to thank Aunt Pauline for taking such good care of him all this time, she did a great job must be true love. We will all miss him but he will never be forgotten. Love Susie xxxooo

I want to extend my condolences and prayers to all of Rod's family and friends.

Rod and I had some very good times together in our younger days,He was considered a special friend. He will be missed.

I remember Rod in the upper classes at Cosgrove School and as a cop and also paper courier . Sympathies to the family and friends.
