Kathy was my first boss, at the Deadwood, when I moved to Iowa City. I always liked her. She had a great since of humor, and made me laugh often. I will miss her. My condolences go out to Bill and the family. I'm sorry for your loss.

So shocked to hear of Kathy's passing, Our hearts go out to the family. She was a tough but kind and caring person. I have very fond memories of working with her in Girl Scouts. She was very creative and made it fun for the girls. It's so sad she won't be there for her grandchildren. But I'm sure Mary's son felt her love. Take care.
I worked with Kathy at Mercy emergency room; She was a fun lady to work with. I am so sorry for your loss. She was so brave and optomistic and I so admired her a great deal. You should remember what a wonderful person she was. Judy Jahnke
