Florence E. Millsap

Condolences
Bob and Family,
Getting to know Florence was great. Especially with you (Bob) and John cracking jokes every time you came to visit. Florence would always tell me once you left "they like to joke around they aren't serious." Like I could ever take you guys seriously. She was an amazing women and I think about all the stories she told me while working with her. I loved how she knew how to work a cell phone! She was a hip woman. She was popular too, always on that thing. I would say "Florence you are on your phone more than me, you are popular." She would just laugh at me and dial another number.
I think about her now that I'm about to move to Denver and how she told me "You'll do great thing and love it there." She would tell me about the area. Bob I loved seeing you and Rocky every night to give us a hard time. Your mother was a wonderful woman and is truly missed by many. God Bless.
Autumn K.
I was sorry to hear of Mrs Millsap's passing every time I would see her in church she would always chat and ask about my family and tell me what her son Bob (My classmate) and his family were up to.
John and family,

What a wonderful couple your father and mother were and now together forever. My prayers and thoughts will be with you over the next few days and wish you many fond memories of shared times together. John, Tammy, Lucas & Millsap family, We're so sorry for the loss of your wonderful Mother. We will always remember her for her genuine kindness, as well as her inquisitive nature and sharp memory. We're there with you in spirit to honor and celebrate her life. Our thoughts and love are with you all.
Having had the benefit of Florence Millsap's mothering skills from birth through a very early age, I am the beneficiary of her initial and ongoing love and caring. She had a gentle sense of humor, an ongoing desire to learn more about almost everything, and a keen understanding of all things defined as "family." I will truly miss her.
Bob and Debbie: I am so sadden to learn of the passing of Florence. I know that you both have done so much for her over the years and now she is at peace. May the memories comfort you now and forever. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
John
We are sorry to hear about the loss of your dear mother. Our thoughts are with you at this sad time. John and Penny Kaelber
Steve and I are deeply saddened with the passing of Florence. She was a remarkable lady in the truest sense of the word. The many holidays and special visits spent with both Florence and Ken out here in Colorado hold very cherished memories. She always had a smile on her face and I especially loved when she would banter with Bob and John. Florence knew the special joy a mother and grandmother can bring to her family, and she extended that same caring to those of us who were fortunate to be included in her family.
It is a great relief to know she and Ken are again together.
So sorry to hear of your loss. Thinking of you all and sending our sympathy.
John and Family, so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Mrs. Millsap was like a mom away from home for a lot of us that worked with John at the IMU. Whether she and Ken would be at the IMU stopping in to visit or we would stop out to the farm, Florence and Ken were always great to visit with. Even almost 15 years later Florence would recognize our voices on a phone call or picked us out when we would see her. She was so great.
John and Bob, I am so sorry for your loss. I know how much your mother means to you and how hard you tried to make her life comfortable and happy. She will be missed. Peace be with you all.
Bob, John and family,
I was very sorry to read that your mother Florence had passed away. The few times that I was fortunate enough to meet her, when John would bring her into the office to drop something off for Bob, she was such a gem to talk to! I know that both of you and both of your families have made her so very proud and you were all so lucky to have one another! Thankfully now though she is in God's loving arms and will get to be reunited with your father.
