Condolences
Dear Jane and Family,
Please know how very sorry we are in CHAMPS about Carl's passing. We were in Omaha for a meeting last week, otherwise we would have been over to pay our respects. Carl was great man and he will be missed.
Our love to you,
Patti Lounsbury
We were sad to see Carl passed away. We sat with him and Jane at Larry & Cathy Fountain's anniversary party and so enjoyed visiting with them. You have our sympathy.
Dear Jane and Family,
I want to express my deepest sympathies to all of you. You have your memories to help you through this sad time.
The Lord's Peace be with you all,
LynnyD
I was sorry to hear of Carl's passing. I worked with Carl at Owen's Brush and always enjoyed our conversations. He was very personable and ourgoing and easy to converse with.
We were so sorry to hear of Carl's passing. Every time we saw him he would have a smile on his face and remember our days of walking our dogs to the ice cream store. We still laughed about how they loved your parents' ice cream! We will miss his smile and laugh! He was a gift to us all.
Carl was a lifelong friend and a great person. When I was a little kid Carl had a red Jeep. When they shelled corn at Ford Work's he would pull the spreader with to spred the corn cobs. I would ride with him and what a thrill at that young age! I'm now 70.
He will br greatly missed by all.
Carl was a fabulous man, mentor and friend. Selling real estate with him was like watching a pro! I don't think he ever met a stranger - he could talk and joke with anyone about everything!
Cathy,
I'm so sorry to her of your father's death. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Take care.
Sharon
Cyndi and Family... I know what you are going through at this time. It is not easy but you have those wonderful memories of your father gowing up and in later years helping him with his chores around the farm. I hope Paul is meeting him now and they get to know each other as they are two very special men. Love to all of you. Phyllis Wood
Jane and Family,
I worked with Carl at Colony & Co for a number of years but I knew him before that when I worked at Fin and Feather Sports Center. Whenever he came in he was always in a good mood. I don't think he ever met anyone he couldn't talk with. When I went to work with him, Jack Bowles was also there. Between the two of us we kept him "entertained". We had a number of "discussions" about how a business should be run in comparison to how we did it. No matter how irritated he was at some point he would see the humor in the situation and we'd all wind up smiling. We had a lot of fun during those years. That's what I remember most about Carl, he couldn't stay mad, and he always saw the positive side of things. He'll be missed.
