Condolences
Dear Carl, Charlene, Chris, Randi, Michelle, Jon, Julie, and Diana-
We are so sorry to hear about your loss. May your memories console you.
Deepest sympathy for your loss from long time friends Barb Hunt and Robert Welker
To Charlotte's family,
Memories of Charlotte are many...from the time that I would go to her home with my best friend, Margaret Ann, for haircuts in my younger days to the countless family gatherings including many Thanksgiving dinners and reunions...she was always considered part of our family. Charlotte could not have felt more love than she did from her grandchildren...no matter how busy they were, they made sure that they took the time to run her to appointments, wash her windows, took her to lunches, or sat with her and remininced. Charlene, you were a wonderful daughter-in-law...the many things that you did for Charlotte. Carl, you were there for her at her beckon call. Jonny and Diane...I know you were there for your mother as well. I realize it tugs at your heartstrings now that she earned her wings but eventually that pain will subside. Am sure that Charlotte has already made oyster casserole for my dad and others...I know my dad loved it!! Love you all and know that I am thinking of you!!!
I'll remember you while I'm in my gardens, baking chocolate chip cookies, and sipping iced tea on a hot summer day, just like we used to do. Thank you for always making time. Forever in my heart. Love Mickey
I worked with Charlotte at the hospital as a telephone operator. She was a wonderful person and she even opened her house to me when I got snowed in and stayed there the night. I am truly sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with you.
A woman with true grit and fight in her spirit. Even as we said our goodbyes she kept on fighting to stay with her family. She will always be admired for that and will be missed dearly.
Mom always wanted to be a part of the gatherings. And always a Hawkeye fan till the very end!
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Charlotte was a very special lady filled with kindness and help to others. She dearly loved her family, kittens and her home. God Bless each of you. Take Care.
