Michelle M. Smith, 50, of Iowa City, died Friday, December 30, 2011, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. A memorial service will be held 3:30 p.m., Sunday, January 1, 2012, at the Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City.
