I am sorry for your loss. Billy was a great guy. I worked several building project at Mercy with him. He was kind and understanding.
I will keep you in my prayer.
Our thoughts and prayers are with both of you. I've known your dad for many years through his work at Mercy. I always enjoyed waiting on him and Bud when I worked in the cafeteria and then enjoyed chatting with him again when I moved up to radiology where they were doing some remodeling .I knew I could count on seeing both your dad and Bud on Wednesday because it was brownie day:) Remember the good times and know that he will always be near.
I enjoyed knowing you while you were working at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. We shared some funny times and you were always a good sport with all our nursing pranks and letting us care for you bandaging your ball wounds. Thank you for all the fun times. RIP my friend.
Adam and Aaron,
So sorry to hear of your dad"s passing. I got to work with him for many years at McComas-Lacina and also play/watch softball games for many. many years. As they say..only the good die young. Will see you all tomorrow.
Adam & Aaron, we were so sorry to hear about your dad. He was always so much fun to be around. We remember him coming to visit your grandpa who lived next door to us and all th fun times we had out on Eddie's patio. You were just little boys then and he was so proud of you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
ADAM & AARON;
Your dad was very popular /mischievous/fun-loving in my elementary and part
high school years. Life didn't have to be so serious, and he lived that way.
He had an aura about him and made friends easily.
I lived 1 street over from him and looked for him when we were not in school.
I had a huge 'crush' on him. My parents still live in our same house and to this day kept me informed of what they knew about your dad. Even when I moved with my husband in the Air Force, I never forgot the impact he made on my youth. I am sure many feel the same.
May God always bless you both as you carry on his legacy.
Respectfully.

Adam and Aaron,
Our thoughts, prayers, and sympathy go out to you and your family at this difficult time. We will always remember your Dad as a great fan of his sons, the Rams, the Hawkeyes, and the Cubs! We so enjoyed getting to know him during the years at Cornell and then again tailgating in Iowa City. May all the wonderful memories you have sustain you during this time.
