Obituary of Kay Kuddes

Kay Kuddes, 62 of 2316 Nevada Avenue, Iowa City died at her home this past week . Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 30, 2007, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City. Visitation will be after 12 noon on Friday until services at the funeral home. Following graveside services a reception will be held for family and friends at the VFW Hall in Iowa City. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in her memory to Iowa City Hospice. Online condolences may be sent for her family through the web @www.gayandciha.com. Kay Moore was born October 5, 1944, in Keokuk, Iowa the daughter of Vern and RaVeigh (Hertell) Moore. She married Jarold Lister, and later married John F. "Frank" Kuddes in 1989. She had lived in the Washington, Iowa before moving to Iowa City. She was a member of the VFW and the Eagles Lodge. In her younger years she enjoyed dancing, and also bowling. Her family includes her daughter, Rhonda Fatla of Sandwich, IL; three grandchildren, Jeremy, Lillian, and Lyndsay; brother, Jim Moore and his wife, Karen of Downing, MO, and his sister, Juanita Mann of Keokuk, IA; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Frank.
