Obituary of Edwin Records

Edwin T. Records, age 79 formerly of Iowa City died Saturday, November 5, 2005, at a hospital in Mountain View, California. Funeral services were held in California on Friday, November 11, 2005. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2005, at the Oakland Cemetery in Iowa City. Gay & Ciha is caring for Edwin’s family and all the local services. Records of Mountain View, CA; daughter, Martha Taylor, daughter-in-law, Ginger Records; and two grandchildren, Katie and Audrey all of Mountain View, CA; sisters, Sarah Sister and her husband, Jon of Waterloo, IA; and Judy Rarick of Iowa City; brother, David Records and his wife, Marlene of South Haven, MS; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Kathryn (Taylor) Records, son, Steven R. Records, brother, Jim Records, and sister, Joan Bontrager.
