Condolences
Sue and family
My thoughts are with you during this difficult time. Julia will be sadly missed by all who knew her both 2 and 4 legged. Even though we lost contact when I moved out of the area I thought of her often and every time I did it brought a smile to my face.
A very good time is being had at the rainbow bridge as she reunites with all of her special dogs.
Julia was the best ! I remember the first time we met her when boarding our Airedale terrier, Mandy. We thought Julia to be somewhat gruff, but we were wrong. She was the nicest, most caring individual my family came to know when moving to Iowa City 38 years ago. She became a friend and caregiver to our pets over the many years, even reaching out to us to take (adopt) an orphaned Schnauzer. We have corresponded at Christmas every year, even though we moved away 15 years ago. We will miss her ! Our deepest condolences to the family. Dick, Vickie and (now adult son) Ryan.
Sue and family:
I am so sorry for your loss.
Your mom was a very dynamic person, and
I enjoyed working with her in the Hawkeye Kennel Club.
And yes—she would have been a great vet!!
Sue - you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time. God Bless. Denise & family
Always admired her beautiful dogs
She will be missed by the fancy
Sue and Bill, so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing.
Hold onto those memories, they will get your through this most difficult time.
Fondly~
Teri Petsel-Dotson
Suzy and Willie - Such great memories of your parents, of our 4-H days. I'm sorry for your loss.
Julie Johnston
I was in 4-H in Johnson County back in the 1970's. I had my dog enrolled in the dog obedience classes and remember Julia being involved with the 4-H program. She was very highly thought of and was very dedicated to her mission. 40+ years later I still remember her and her impact on many lives and animals. My sincere condolences.
