Kathy Dykstra  - Funeral Assistant

Kathy grew up in Winterset, Iowa before getting a degree in Music education at Central College in Pella, Iowa. She has been a church choir director and organist since 1976. She also has professional experience in catering and floral arranging. This has served her well in working as a funeral assistant in both Grand Forks, North Dakota and at Gay and Ciha. Kathy enjoys welcoming people, listening to the stories of family and friends, and being of whatever support she can. She also really enjoys the team at Gay and Ciha.  She and her husband, Roger, were married in 1976. They have one daughter, Melissa, who also lives in the area.
