I grew up with Barb in Springdale - we spent countless summer hours just hanging out, often joined by Cindy Latimere, the only other Springdale kid our age. So many great memories as we grew up together. Some of our adventures were nicely documented in her Springdale Papers. Our parents were friends as well getting together to play cards and just BS. We parted ways right after graduation but reconnected via Facebook someyears ago. A great friend / RIP ❤️.
Barb was a dear friend and classmate, she will be missed by many, her genuine kindness to everyone and her love of teaching will be her legacy. She was so courageous with all her health issues to forge ahead and spent her life giving rather than taking to make the world a better place.
